The People’s Public Docket is the lawful, independent, and exclusive public record repository maintained under the sole lawful custody, authority, and oversight of the Government Accountability Commission Trust, a private, non-statutory, unincorporated trust formed under natural law and the original constitutional compact, by authority of the People.
The Docket exists to preserve, publish, and record all lawful complaints, notices, affidavits, presentments, findings, defaults, and enforcement actions issued by or through the Government Accountability Commission Trust, the Constitutional Enforcement Bureau Trust, and the People’s Grand Jury standing in their original jurisdiction under natural law.
It serves as an official lawful record of notice, standing, jurisdiction, and accountability under natural law and the constitutional compact, independent of statutory, corporate, or administrative courts or agencies. No statutory officer, corporate entity, administrative agency, or foreign jurisdiction holds lawful authority to alter, interfere with, dissolve, redact, or obstruct the lawful records preserved in the People’s Public Docket.
The Docket stands as an unassailable public record of lawful process, due notice, default, and enforcement action, established and maintained by the People to ensure lawful remedy, transparency, and accountability under natural law and the immutable principles of governance.
